Order Information

Online
When you place your order online you will be redirected to PayPal payment page where you can pay using your credit or debit card. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Email
Send your email to sales@balloonsandlacey.com with your order. Please specify the item order number and quantity together with your personal details (name, address including postal code, daytime telephone number, and email address). You will receive a call so you can provide us with your card details. 

Telephone
Call us on: 020 8361 5032 with your order (Monday to Friday 11am to 5:00pm). Please ensure you have the item order number and your card details. As soon as we receive your payment we will commence work on your order. You will receive an email after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
From order to delivery, please allow between 2 and 4 weeks.  
If you require your order quicker than this, please telephone us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Shipping Charges

If you require any samples please send a cheque payable to Balloons & Lacey for £1 (per sample, max 3 samples only) to: 27B Queens Parade, Friern Barnet Road, London N11 3DA.

Don't forget to tell us the item(s) order number.
If you would prefer, you can call us to order the samples over the telephone and pay with your debit or credit card.
